Tarporley Fire Brigade founded in 1860, was one of the first volunteer fire brigades in England. The fire Service in Tarporley was stationed within No. 54, High Street from 1957 – 1993 Before 1957 the brigade was housed in a building in Park Road behind the old Police Station. The original Fire Station is now a fascinating Fire Service museum.

Our handmade Freudenberg truffles, chocolate animals and a range of fudges that we make are included in the wide range of products available from the Chocolate Box, one of the shops within the Edwardian stable block at blakemere craft centre. Come and choose from a vast selection of continental chocolates, American jelly beans and other traditional products.
